We are seeking a skilled structural welder / fabricator to join our team. As a welder, you will be responsible for performing various welding / fabricating / processing / fitting tasks to support our production operations. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties
Operate power tools, welding equipment, and plasma cutting machines.
Read and interpret blueprints to determine welding requirements.
Perform welding tasks such as MIG, TIG, SMAW, FCAW and MCAW welding.
CWB TICKETS REQUIRED.
Fit and finish at a high quality level.
Use hand tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.
Rig and move materials using cranes and/or other lifting equipment.
QC checks of welded parts to ensure quality standards are met.
Assist with machining and assembly tasks as needed.
FIELD WORK WILL BE REQUIRED FROM TIME TO TIME (LOCAL & AWAY)
Experience
Proven experience as a welder or similar role.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments.
Experience operating cranes or other lifting equipment.

Hours are Monday to Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
