Lead North American sales strategy for VaughanAir from Toronto, applying sales leadership and HVAC expertise across Canada and the United States. This full time position reports to the President. As Director of Sales, you will guide Regional Sales Managers and sales development activities. You will establish long-term sales plans, manage revenue forecasting, expand markets, and strengthen channel partnerships. The work connects sales, marketing, operations, customer service, engineering, and product strategy.

Key Responsibilities
Develop VaughanAir’s North American sales strategy and growth targets
Lead Regional Sales Managers and representative firms
Own revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting
Manage pricing strategies, margins, and market expansion




Present performance insights and recommendations to executive leadership

Requirements:
10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience
Experience leading sales leaders and high-performing teams
Experience with strategic plans, forecasting, and market expansion
HVAC, ventilation, exhaust, or industrial sales experience preferred
Willingness to travel extensively throughout the United States and Canada Bring strategic sales leadership, HVAC knowledge, forecasting expertise, and channel management experience to VaughanAir’s North American growth.
