CBI Home Health seeks an Occupational Therapist for Kitchener, Waterloo. You will provide OT interventions, recommend equipment, and support restorative care. The work includes digital documentation, health coaching, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ADL and IADL strategies for clients
- Recommend equipment and home modifications
- Apply restorative interventions and health coaching
- Support client self-management through care services
- Use digital platforms for documentation and collaboration
Requirements:
- Registered member in positive standing with Ontario’s occupational therapists college
- Valid driver’s license and insurance for community travel
- Person- and family-centered approach to care
- Strong judgment and critical thinking in client decisions
- Excellent communication skills for team and independent work
Support home-based independence as a Waterloo Occupational Therapist using clinical judgment, collaboration, and practical occupational therapy interventions.
