Randstad Canada seeks a full time, long-term CNC Machine Operator for a premier production facility. You will set up and operate vertical and horizontal machining centers, verify programs, input offsets, and fabricate close-tolerance components. The work includes quality checks, troubleshooting, documentation, and shift handovers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and calibrate vertical and horizontal Fanuc-controlled CNC mills
- Interpret drawings, schematics, and job routers accurately
- Measure parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
- Inspect tools, coolant, fixtures, and safety guards




- Record logs, scrap counts, and detailed handovers

Requirements:

- Experience setting up and operating CNC milling equipment
- Working knowledge of Fanuc controls and offset inputs
- Flexibility to rotate across days, afternoons, and nights
- Ability to stand and lift up to 40–50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent technical training
