Lead business development through outbound strategy, team coaching, and pipeline creation at Chatbase, working in person five days weekly in downtown Toronto. As BDR Manager, you will hire, ramp, coach, and lead business development representatives. You will build Chatbase’s outbound engine from scratch, using targeting, messaging, cadences, Clay, CRM, and performance metrics. The work supports predictable pipeline alongside inbound while partnering with GTM engineering to automate appropriate processes.

Requirements:
