Requirements:
5+ years sourcing technical engineering and research roles
Experience sourcing across EMEA, United States, or similar markets
Established network across business communities and industry leaders
Exceptional relationship-building, influencing, and problem-solving skills
Experience using data and analytics for sourcing decisions Bring technical sourcing expertise, established networks, and analytical judgment to Cohere’s Engineering and Research talent pipelines.
