Key Responsibilities
Lead accounting and finance functions while managing a small team
Oversee reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Manage progress billings, deposits, and project profitability
Partner with leadership on planning and financial decisions




Improve financial processes, systems, and controls

Requirements:
Approximately 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
Leadership experience overseeing a finance and accounting function
Project-based, construction, or contracting experience is an asset
CPA designation is an asset, not required
