Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Installation Helper to join our team. This role involves assisting with the installation of various building components, performing hands-on tasks, and supporting senior team members in completing projects efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and basic skills in construction-related trades. This position offers opportunities for skill development in multiple aspects of stone countertop fabrication and installation .

Responsibilities
Assist skilled installers with the installation of stone countertops.
Help with the preparation of job sites, including loading and unloading materials.
Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in positive working condition.
Follow safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized work workplace.
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project specifications are met.




Learn and apply techniques for the proper handling and installation of various stone materials.

Experience
Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus, but not required.
Solid attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
Basic knowledge of tools.
Valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.
Strong willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different project requirements
Reliable work ethic with a focus on safety and quality workmanship

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
