As an Individual Contributor, the Customer Success Manager serves as a trusted advisor and single customer accountability point. You will align technical concerns, business priorities, platform adoption, and customer value. The work supports financial services organizations pursuing digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and improved outcomes through Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate Signature deliverables throughout the customer lifecycle
Align business value and technical goals with customer priorities
Conduct enablement sessions for prospect and case management




Drive Sales Cloud and Service Cloud feature adoption
Monitor usage, risks, incidents, and platform performance

Requirements:
Fluency in French and English
Three plus years of relevant industry experience preferred
Three to four years supporting Sales and Service Cloud customers
Solid consulting, communication, and C-level influence skills
Working knowledge of core Sales and Service Cloud features
