We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lube Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and inspections on vehicles, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. Responsibilities
Conduct oil changes and fluid checks on various vehicles
Perform routine maintenance tasks including tire rotations, brake inspections, and filter replacements
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
Maintain a clean and organized work workplace
Assist customers with inquiries regarding vehicle maintenance and services offered
Document all services performed and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the shop
Uphold dealership standards for quality and customer satisfaction

Skills




Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting is preferred
Robust mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to automotive maintenance
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
Capability to perform heavy lifting as required during maintenance tasks
Familiarity with automotive repair processes and maintenance procedures
Sales experience is a plus, as you may assist in promoting additional services to customers
