Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Roofing Team Leader to guide our roofing crews through high-quality installation and repair projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a team, ensure safety standards are met, and deliver outstanding results on every project. Responsibilities
Lead and supervise roofing crews to complete projects efficiently, safely, and to company standards
Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress on job sites
Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and use proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
Oversee the proper use of hand tools, construction materials, and equipment during installations
Assist with heavy lifting of materials and equipment as needed to maintain workflow




Conduct quality inspections throughout projects to ensure craftsmanship meets company standards

Requirements
Prior experience in the industry working with sloped roofing in Winnipeg and surrounding areas
A Class 5 License (an asset)
Be comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights, and in confined spaces
Be in sound physical condition with the ability to lift/carry up to 80 pounds
Mechanical maintenance knowledge
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
