Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, engaging with customers, and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons. This role offers an opportunity to showcase your bartending expertise in a lively environment while maintaining high standards of food safety and service.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
Take orders, process payments, and handle cash handling responsibilities with accuracy and integrity
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies
Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts




Manage multiple tasks effectively through strong time management skills during busy periods
Assist in serving food items when necessary, supporting overall restaurant operations

Requirements
Previous restaurant or food industry experience preferred, especially in bartending or serving roles
Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
Excellent time management skills to handle rapid-paced environments efficiently
Ability to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
Food service experience is highly desirable, along with hospitality background
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads when necessary

Pay: $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 – 15.0 per week
