Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Framer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in carpentry, construction, and concrete forming, with the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics accurately. This role involves working on residential, commercial, and restoration projects, utilizing a variety of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment. The Framer will play a key part in building durable structures.

Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide framing and construction activities
Construct and install wood framing, concrete forms, siding, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools
Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks such as lifting and positioning large materials or structures
Perform concrete finishing tasks as needed for foundation or structural work
Assist with welding and woodworking tasks to ensure precise assembly of components
Conduct restoration work on existing structures, ensuring compatibility with original designs




Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high safety standards
Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to all safety protocols

Qualifications
Proven experience in construction, carpentry, concrete forming, or related fields
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery operation
Knowledge of siding installation, concrete finishing techniques, and restoration processes is preferred
Solid physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials regularly and work in various environmental conditions
Excellent teamwork skills and attention to detail
Prior experience with woodworking or structural framing is highly desirable
