As an Asset Protection Associate, you will examine incidents involving financial and physical shrink. You will communicate findings to Store Leadership and escalate internal investigation information appropriately. The position also supports cases involving theft, organized retail crime, and Walmart Canada Global Ethics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate incidents involving financial and physical shrink
- Communicate investigation findings to Store Leadership
- Escalate internal investigation information according to Company guidelines
- Conduct or support assigned theft investigations




- Carry out external apprehensions when required and compliant

Requirements:

- Be at least 16 years old
- Possess a Security Guard License
- Present relevant perspectives when explaining issues and findings
- Remain available for varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Follow Company policies and legal standards during apprehensions
