Want to grow into management and help build something? Pita Pit Langley at Willowbrook Corner is expanding our catering business, and we're looking for an Assistant Manager to grow with us. You'll lead the team in-store, get out into the community, and be rewarded for the business you bring in.

Work directly with the owners: your ideas get heard and acted onWhat you'll do
Supervise, train and motivate the team, and help with hiring and onboarding
Help run daily operations and keep customer service standards high
Handle scheduling, payroll, POS, cash and basic bookkeeping
Manage inventory and ordering to control costs and reduce waste
Visit local businesses, clinics, dealerships, schools and sports clubs to introduce our catering menu
Follow up on leads, track visits, and turn new clients into repeat customers
Work with the kitchen team so every catering order goes out right




Make sure food safety, health and company standards are met

What we're looking for
Experience in restaurant, retail or supervisory roles
Confident and outgoing, and comfortable with sales and cold visits
Solid communication and organizational skills
Experience with POS, cash handling and scheduling
Positive and professional in a rapid-paced environment
FOODSAFE Level 1
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
