Key Responsibilities:
Advise diverse clients on real estate and inheritance matters
Draft and authenticate real estate deeds, wills, and contracts
Prepare legal opinions for client matters
Conduct title reviews and write reports
Manage files and foster trust-based client relationships

Requirements:
Master’s degree in notarial law
Membership in La Chambre des notaires du Québec
One to two years of notarial practice experience
Initial residential or commercial real estate experience
Bilingualism and knowledge of MS Office required
