Qualifications
Minimum 3 years culinary experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant preferably in a leadership role
Proficiency in English. Knowledge of Italian is an asset.
Excellent knowledge of current culinary trends
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop the culinary team
Able to work in a quick-paced, changing setting
