You will provide personalized, confidential technology support to targeted users in strategic settings. The role includes Level 2 and Level 3 troubleshooting, IT security, equipment configuration, and Microsoft 365 support. You will help maximize productivity, security, and operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle dedicated phone requests and provide timely technical solutions
Support IT tool adoption, onboarding, and optimal daily use
Provide hands-on assistance in offices, events, and IT areas
Coordinate complex requests with infrastructure, security, and application teams




Document interventions and provide personalized follow-up

Requirements:
Minimum five years of relevant information technology experience
Advanced Level 2 or Level 3 troubleshooting experience
Experience with access management, IT security, and equipment configuration
Expertise in Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, Microsoft 365, Teams, and SharePoint
Advanced French and English proficiency for daily client interactions
