This Business Intelligence Analyst role focuses on developing reporting and analytics solutions that support strategic and operational decisions. You will collaborate with stakeholders, process owners, analysts, and subject matter experts to understand requirements. Your work includes data models, ETL/ELT processes, KPI standardization, documentation, testing, and data quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions
Develop and maintain data models supporting reporting needs
Standardize KPIs, metrics, and business rules




Ensure accuracy and consistency across analytical solutions
Document technical and functional analytics processes

Requirements:
Two to four years of BI development and data analysis experience
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline
