Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Safety Manager to join our team. The Safety Manager will be responsible for overseeing safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations to maintain a secure work workplace.

Duties:
Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
Conduct regular safety inspections and audits
Investigate accidents and incidents to identify root causes and prevent recurrence
Provide safety training to employees on various safety topics
Collaborate with management to address safety concerns and improve processes
Monitor compliance with OSHA and other regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
College Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field or equivalent
Proven experience as a Safety Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards
Excellent communication and leadership skills




Ability to fabricate effective safety training programs
Experience in training development is a plus

Work Conditions

Pay: $80,000.00-$102,960.00 per year
