Lead heavy equipment service operations with technician supervision, work organization, and quality control at Brandt Tractor Ltd in Fort McMurray. Full time work supports the local service department. As Service Foreman, you will organize and dispatch technicians while providing quality repair work for the Fort McMurray Service Department. The position includes mentoring technicians, advising the Service Manager about skills and training needs, and supporting customer service excellence. Mechanical experience in heavy equipment is an asset.

Requirements:
Certified Journeyman Heavy Duty Equipment Technician or equivalent
Robust organizational skills and basic Microsoft Office skills
Availability for after-hours work
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
