DISPATCHERS WANTED for local Courier company. We specialize in providing our customers with the highest level of service. We are looking for a team member that is customer service oriented, well mannered, qualified and detail oriented. We are looking for responsible individuals willing and able to maintain our high level of service.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take incoming calls for orders.
Handle inquiries from the public.
Coordinate and dispatch multiple drivers.
Administrative and clerical duties.
Other duties as required.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
Computer proficient.
Strong organization, problem-solving and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills (in person, via telephone, via email).
Excellent spoken and written command of the English language.
Able to multitask and prioritize.
Able to handle a quick paced workplace and work well under pressure.
