Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Asian food service, kitchen operations, and dietary support, with a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines
Assist with menu planning to meet nutritional and dietary needs
Ensure all food handling procedures comply with safety and sanitation standards
Serve meals to residents or customers in a qualified and courteous manner
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas, including dishwashing and equipment sanitization
Support catering events and special meal services as needed
Handle food with care, ensuring proper storage, portioning, and presentation
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality food service experiences




Follow all food safety protocols and maintain accurate documentation of food preparation activities

Requirements
Prior experience in dietary services, culinary arts, or food industry roles such as dietary aide, server, or cook preferred
Knowledge of menu planning, food preparation techniques, and kitchen safety standards
Solid knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation and cooking methods
Experience in fine dining or restaurant environments is advantageous
Familiarity with food handling regulations, sanitation practices, and food safety certifications preferred
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed for meal service schedules
