Service Coordinator

Harding Medical is searching for a Service Coordinator to join our Charlottetown PEI team . If you are organized and have a positive attitude, you are our ideal candidate!

What You Will Do:
Handle service requests via phone, email, and fax for medical equipment repairs.
Generate work orders (WO) in the computer system.
Prepare quotes for funding approvals, generate invoices, and scan and store documents in the appropriate locations within the computer system for funding approvals.
Schedule appointments with clients for service and deliveries.
Coordinate and schedule technicians for service calls and deliveries.
Order repair parts for the service department.
Monitor and follow up on quote approvals and parts orders as necessary.
Assist with Receiving Inventor:



verify quantities and process appropriate documentation
Pick and Ship customer Orders via Transport / courier service
Assist with inventory counts
Adhere to existing procedures and policies.

What We Offer You:
Wage:$19.00 - $22.00 per hour

What You Need to Succeed:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Scheduling and/or dispatching experience are considered assets
Microsoft Office, computer and administrative experience are required
Self-motivated, well organized and able to communicate effectively with others
Ability to lift 50lbs
Adaptability, versatility, and a positive attitude as a team player
