GMR Real Estate is seeking a live-in Concierge to join our in office team at a residential property in Saint-Léonard, Montréal. You will maintain a welcoming, secure, and well-kept environment and respond to tenant requests.

In this full-time role, you will perform maintenance, inspections, and coordinate with Property Managers to keep operations running smoothly. French and English communication is required, and in office residence is provided.
