Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their shopping journey
Provide expert advice on merchandise,
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts processing
Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques to maximize sales potential
Support inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing stockrooms, and conducting regular stock checks




Assist with online order fulfillment and e-commerce platform support to ensure seamless customer experiences
Offer multilingual assistance to accommodate diverse customer needs and enhance overall service quality

Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse clientele
Basic proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and cashiering procedures
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organizational skills

Pay: $17.60-$19.00 per hour
