We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Legal Assistant to handle residential purchase and sale files from opening to closing.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of real estate closing experience; ideally 5 years or more.
Proven ability to manage the day-to-day workflow of residential purchase and sale files independently, under lawyer supervision.
Familiarity with Ontario real estate procedures, Teraview, and conveyancing software.
Fluency in English and the ability to speak Mandarin or Cantonese.
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills.
