You will source technical candidates, partner with hiring managers and talent partners, and apply creative methods across engineering and research. Key Responsibilities:

Manage recruiting funnels, progress, and analytics in the ATS

Requirements:
5+ years sourcing technical engineering and research roles
Experience sourcing across EMEA, United States, or similar markets
Established network across business communities and industry leaders
Exceptional relationship-building, influencing, and problem-solving skills
Experience using data and analytics for sourcing decisions
