Manhattan Bistro & Music is an upscale casual dining restaurant and live music venue in the heart of Guelph. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding service, exceptional food, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. We are seeking a qualified Bartender/Server with proven experience in an upscale dining environment to join our team.

Responsibilities
Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and personalized service to guests
Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and other beverages to a high standard
Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery
Maintain a polished, professional, and guest-focused demeanor at all times
Keep bar and service areas clean, stocked, and organized
Handle payments and balance cash/credit transactions
Uphold Smart Serve and food safety standards
Qualifications




Minimum 2 years’ experience as a server and/or bartender in an upscale restaurant or bar
Strong customer service and communication skills
Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food pairings an asset
Ability to multitask and thrive in a quick-paced, high-volume environment
Smart Serve certification (required)
Availability to work evenings and weekends
