Requirements:
Self-starter and motivation
Solid customer skills
Proven track record in sales
Excellent communication skills
Valid driver’s license
Management experience in auto industry

Responsibilities include:
Provide training and coaching to the sales team
Assist the sales team in the new/used sales process
Manage the sales process effectively




Inventory control
Trade-in vehicle appraisals
Monitor customer satisfaction and look for prospects to improve
Increase sales and profitability
