As Pursuit Manager at Norton Rose Fulbright Canada, you will manage proposal lifecycles for priority clients and recent business. Key Responsibilities:
Manage major pursuits from preliminary preparation through final submission
Draft, edit, proofread, challenge thinking, and obtain required sign-off
Research market, industry, competitive, and business information
Develop proposal materials, templates, precedents, and standard content




Analyze feedback and improve future proposal quality

Requirements:
Five to seven years marketing, business development, or related experience
Proposal experience, preferably within a legal services firm
Strong research, writing, proofreading, and attention-to-detail skills
Advanced Word and Microsoft Office skills
Bilingual English and French communication abilities
