Job Summary

Duties
Prepare and cook a wide range of menu items with precision and creativity, adhering to established recipes and standards
Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and preventing cross-contamination
Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, portioning, and plating dishes efficiently
Support the food service team by serving dishes promptly and courteously to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including equipment sanitation and stock rotation
Follow all health and safety regulations related to food industry standards to ensure a secure environment for staff and guests




Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or food service setting
Solid knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques
Excellent skills in serving guests with professionalism and positive attitude
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards
Familiarity with kitchen equipment, utensils, and cooking techniques used in the food industry
Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members
Passion for culinary arts with a desire to learn new skills and improve continuously

Pay: $16.60-$22.00 per hour
