Duties
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer needs effectively
Assist customers with data entry tasks, ensuring all information is correctly recorded and maintained
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to enhance customer experience
Resolve customer issues efficiently by analyzing situations and offering appropriate solutions
Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to foster positive relationships




Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction levels

Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or related roles, with strong communication skills in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred
Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently
Robust analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
Knowledge of customer service best practices and phone etiquette
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Prior experience with multilingual communication is advantageous but not required

Pay: $17.60-$20.60 per hour
