Lead privacy and information security for Virtual Hallway remotely within Canada, applying ISO/IEC 27001 and healthcare privacy expertise.

This hands-on position reports to the Chief Privacy and Information Officer at Virtual Hallway. You will run the privacy program, support security governance, administer endpoint tooling, and provide day-to-day IT support. The work serves a digital health company supporting more than 12,000 clinicians.

Key Responsibilities:
Run privacy policies, records, consent, retention, and de-identification programs
Advance ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification readiness and administer Carbide
Manage device baselines, encryption, patching, endpoint protection, and BYOD controls
Support laptops, software, accounts, onboarding, and offboarding
Lead incident response,



breach determinations, and security questionnaires

Requirements:
Three or more years owning privacy, security, or GRC programs
Relevant credential such as CIPM, CIPP/C, CISA, or CISM
Practical experience with ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, or NIST
Hands-on endpoint management experience with Mosyle, Jamf, Intune, or Kandji
Incident response documentation suitable for regulatory or audit review
