Lead protected, inclusive community programs with Toronto Community Housing Corporation in Toronto, using program planning and resident outreach skills. This is on-site work.

As a Senior Program Leader, you will support gym and seniors programs across select West region TCHC locations. You will identify resident needs, implement activities, promote programs, and evaluate results. The work includes supervision, administration, and community coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify residents’ cultural, educational, recreational, and social needs
- Develop and implement community social and recreational activities
- Promote TCHC programs and evaluate activities continuously
- Supervise onsite staff and provide ongoing direction
- Maintain safe, secure,



and properly supplied community spaces

Requirements:

- Community-based work knowledge, experience, or academic background
- Program planning, implementation, and evaluation experience
- Demonstrated community outreach experience
- Administrative, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- At least 18 years old with Vulnerable Sector Check
