What You’ll Do
Manage customer accounts with professionalism and accuracy
Handle inquiries, quotes, and order processing from start to finish
Recommend products, decoration methods, and branding solutions based on client needs
Coordinate with production to ensure timelines, details, and artwork are correct
Support walk‑in customers and maintain a welcoming showroom environment
Troubleshoot issues, follow up proactively, and maintain strong client relationships

What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or account management
Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and client‑facing
High attention to detail and accuracy in a quick‑paced workflow




Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once
Comfortable with business software (SAGE)
Professional, reliable, and team‑oriented
Experience in promotional products, apparel decoration, or print production is an asset
