Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This role involves interacting with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products and services.

Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide information about products and services, assisting customers with their needs and offer viable solutions.
Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
Engage in upselling opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry into our systems.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on their experience.
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share best practices.




Adhere to company policies regarding phone etiquette and customer interactions.

Qualifications
Bachelors' Degree
Solid computer skills
Excellent communication skills (in person, phone and email)
Ability to work independently and within a team
Prompt, reliable, and responsible
Previous working experience in retail sales/ packing and shipping industry preferred
Robust problem solving skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues. Friendly and outgoing personality
Strong sales-oriented attitude
Able to lift 30+ pounds

Pay: From $16.40 per hour
