As a Front of House Staff Manager, you’ll guide front-of-house service and support your team in delivering a welcoming restaurant experience. Your impact: Explicit team direction and attentive service help customers order with confidence and enjoy a smooth visit.
Responsibilities
Supervise front-of-house staff and coordinate daily service.
Support team members as they prepare and serve customer orders.
Maintain attentive, courteous customer service and respond to concerns.
Follow food handling and food safety practices during service.
Use point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions as needed.
Qualifications
Relevant supervisory experience and ability to guide a team.
Restaurant management experience and a customer-service focus.
Food preparation and food handling knowledge.
Understanding of food safety practices.
Preferred: POS, cash handling, interviewing, serving, or hospitality experience.
