We’re looking for a Dispatch Planner to join our Innisfil team. In this role, you’ll coordinate the daily movement of our fleet, work closely with customers and drivers, and make real-time decisions to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do
Coordinate daily freight requirements with customers
Plan and assign loads while maximizing truck and trailer utilization
Monitor loads and make adjustments when schedules or priorities change
Ensure truck, trailer, and driver restrictions are considered when planning
Communicate with customers regarding freight requirements, availability, and rates
Collaborate with other divisions to maximize fleet efficiency
Maintain accurate and up-to-date load information in the system

What We’re Looking For




Transportation industry knowledge and an understanding of Hours of Service and log requirements
Solid organizational and communication skills
The ability to problem-solve and make timely decisions
Confidence working in a busy, constantly changing environment
Solid interpersonal and multitasking skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong computer and typing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
