Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Services Manager to oversee the daily operations of our housekeeping, current resident engagement and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in senior care, ensuring that residents receive the highest quality of care and support. This role requires a proactive approach to managing resident needs while fostering a warm and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of support staff to ensure optimal resident services.
Oversee the room inventory and readiness for move ins
Manage residents requests for additional services as needed.
Manage daily operations of resident services to ensure compliance to company standards.
Conduct regular assessments of resident satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Facilitate training and development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills in senior care.
Foster a positive community atmosphere that promotes social engagement among residents.

Requirements




Proven experience in a leadership role within senior care or assisted living environments.
Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management within a residential setting.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
Commitment to providing compassionate care to seniors while maintaining their dignity and independence.
