Oversee housekeeping operations at MLSE, applying cleaning standards, staff leadership, and facility inspection expertise across iconic Toronto venues.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, Housekeeping, you will support overall cleanliness, servicing, resources, care, and maintenance across all venues. The position establishes documented systems and standardized training while cultivating department, colleague, and leadership growth. Results are measured through guest experience, brand standards, and colleague experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Establish department goals, measurements, and results
Develop job descriptions, checklists, and operating procedures
Schedule, train, assign, review, and evaluate staff




Prioritize deep cleaning and facility job cycle projects
Complete inspections and enforce MLSE cleaning standards

Requirements:
Available for overnight work and statutory holidays
Housekeeping management experience and up-to-date cleaning knowledge preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to supervise, lead, and balance priorities
Explicit verbal and written communication skills
