Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Grill Cook/Prep Cook to join our agile culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes, ensuring each plate meets our high standards for quality, presentation, and flavor. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook grilled items and other menu offerings according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and prep areas in compliance with food safety regulations
Support menu planning by suggesting recent ideas and ensuring ingredient availability for daily specials
Handle food with care, following proper food handling procedures to ensure freshness and safety




Assist with catering orders and special event meal preparations as needed

Qualifications
Previous experience in a dietary department, dietary aide role, or restaurant setting is highly desirable
Robust knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
Excellent knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation methods
Experience with food handling, catering, serving, and kitchen operations within the food industry
Familiarity with menu planning, food service procedures, and culinary practices
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail
Demonstrated commitment to food safety protocols and proper sanitation practices

Pay: $17.60-$20.50 per hour
