We are looking for a caring, compassionate, and highly organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and helping patients understand their treatment options.

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of Canadian dental office experience
Completion of a Dental Reception / Dental Administration Program
Strong knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, and billing procedures
Experience with CDCP, government dental programs, and private insurance claims
Familiarity with Tracker Dental Software is considered a strong asset
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Robust organizational and time-management abilities
Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
Ability to work effectively in a team environment while providing outstanding customer service

Responsibilities:
Present treatment plans and financial arrangements to patients
Coordinate and schedule patient treatment
Process insurance claims and pre-authorizations
Assist patients with CDCP and other government dental programs
Follow up on outstanding treatment plans




Maintain accurate patient records and correspondence
Support front desk operations and contribute to a positive patient experience
