REQUIREMENTS:
Previous Line Cook experience
Open/Flexible Availability
Knowledge of how to cook different proteins
Previous kitchen line experience
Knowledge of Greek cuisine is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Memorizing recipes, procedures and portion sizes
Preparing ingredients according to our recipes
Following proper product rotation practices
Maintaining a clean and sanitary workstation
Following proper kitchen safety protocols
Assisting with Butchery and Line Prep
