Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Private Caregivers to provide personalized in-home care for a client with diverse needs. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of an individual requiring assistance with daily activities, health management, and emotional support. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in patient care or home health services, and a genuine desire to promote independence and well-being. Prior experience in working with individuals with disabilities is highly valued. This position is involves working closely with the client to deliver high-quality, respectful care tailored to their unique needs.

Responsibilities
Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Administer medications following prescribed schedules and safety protocols
Assistance preparing nutritious meals
Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
Perform light housekeeping tasks including cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe and comfortable workplace
Support clients with mobility exercises or transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary




Monitor health status and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals
Document care provided accurately and maintain confidentiality at all times

Skills
Prior experience in home care settings preferred
Strong patient care skills with a compassionate approach toward seniors and individuals with disabilities
Knowledge of medication administration and safety procedures
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely when required for mobility assistance
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients, families, and healthcare teams
Ability to handle caregiving responsibilities with patience, empathy, and professionalism
Capable of meal preparation tailored to dietary needs and preferences
Experience working with individuals experiencing cognitive impairments is a plus
Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and schedules

Pay: $18.00-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 40.0 per week
