Must possess an Alberta Level 3 ECE Certification

Responsibilities
Assist the Principal in overseeing school operations, including discipline, safety, and administrative functions
Support teachers and staff in curriculum implementation and instructional strategies
Lead efforts to promote a positive school climate that encourages student engagement and achievement
Manage student discipline procedures and address behavioral issues effectively
Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating staff members
Develop and monitor school budgets to ensure effective use of resources




Coordinate professional development programs for staff to enhance teaching quality
Organize and oversee extracurricular activities and special events
Ensure compliance with district policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards
Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and community stakeholders regarding school initiatives and student progress

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
