We are a local business specializing in pickup truck accessories and installation. We're looking for a motivated, reliable, and sales-driven individual to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, closing sales, and taking initiative to grow the business.

Responsibilities
Assist customers in-store, over the phone, and online
Recommend products, prepare quotes, and close sales
Actively follow up on customer inquiries and potential leads
Generate recent sales opportunities through Facebook Marketplace, online platforms, and customer outreach
Build solid customer relationships and encourage repeat business
Process orders, handle payments, and coordinate deliveries
Assist with inventory management and daily store operations
Work independently toward monthly sales targets

Requirements
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills




Previous retail or sales experience preferred
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
Comfortable working toward sales goals
Able to work independently and manage daily responsibilities
Basic computer skills, including email and Excel
Knowledge of pickup trucks or automotive accessories is an asset
Reliable, organized, and willing to learn

What We Offer
$19–$20/hour base pay, depending on experience
Performance-based sales commission
Opportunity to earn $25–$30+/hour in total compensation with strong sales performance
Uncapped commission earning potential
Product training provided

Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
