Colours Of The Spectrum provides ABA therapy and assessment services to individuals and families in and around the GTA. Its mission is to use individualized, evidence-based interventions to help families embrace differences, overcome challenges, and celebrate triumphs.
Summary
As a Registered Behaviour Analyst, you will support individualized autism therapy and assessment services. Your impact: Thoughtful assessment and intervention can help children and families better navigate everyday challenges with support suited to their needs.
Responsibilities
Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments to inform individualized support.
Apply evidence-based ABA interventions and Pivotal Response Treatment.
Use assessment findings to guide therapy for children and families.
Collect relevant data to inform intervention decisions.
Support families as they work toward their goals.
Qualifications
Relevant experience working with children.
Knowledge of special education.
Ability to collect and use data to inform support.
Preferred: Patient care experience.
Preferred: Familiarity with medical terminology or electronic medical records.
