BUILDING MANAGER - MAINTENANCE

Squamish, BC | Full time, Permanent | $45,000 - $65,000/year

Hands-on building manager for a well-kept residential apartment

building in Squamish. This is a tools-in-hand job: repairs,

painting, patching, and getting suites ready between tenants.

The building is in good shape, and turnover is low, so the work

is steady rather than hectic. There's a lighter admin side too -

tenant calls, work orders, and records - but most of your day is

practical work. Head office handles leasing, accounting, and the

bigger projects.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Residential plumbing: faucets, toilets, shut-offs, leaks
Drywall patching and painting
Basic carpentry and minor electrical
Prepare vacant suites between tenants
Keep common areas and grounds tidy
Handle tenant requests and keep records current
On-call for emergencies

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Practical repair skills: plumbing, drywall, paint, carpentry
Someone who finishes what they start
Works well on their own
Comfortable with email and basic computer work




Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
Trade ticket is an asset, not a requirement
