Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you will lead an experienced three-person accounting team. Your focus includes transaction processing, customer questions, reconciliations, payroll, and high-volume frontline support. You will also provide financial data and recommendations for business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, billing, and collections
- Support daily data entry and customer questions
- Supervise and mentor three accounting professionals
- Manage corporate payroll functions accurately and timely




- Provide financial recommendations supporting growth and business decisions

Requirements:

- Five-plus years of progressive corporate accounting experience
- Experience managing teams and budgeting or forecasting
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are strictly required
- Post-secondary accounting, business administration, or related education
- Flexible, collaborative leadership and complex problem-solving ability
